Develop technical proposals and design network topologies A technology services company seeks a Senior Project Analyst in Recife (Parnamirim). **Responsibilities:** Direct the operational team during field activities, ensuring proper use of equipment and network resources. Inspect installed facilities, identifying bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and defects in ongoing projects. Interface directly with the procurement department to request acquisition of equipment and services required for projects. Develop project execution, communication, and monitoring plans, controlling timelines, scope, and delivery quality. Support coordination and management in implementing process, method, and technical solution improvements. Provide client support by handling operational tickets and ensuring appropriate response to requests. Liaise with HR on matters related to the operational team’s needs, such as shift scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance records. Prepare cost spreadsheets and technical proposals specifying implemented solutions. Conduct technical site visits and participate in commercial department meetings to present solutions and clarify technical aspects. Design equipment and network topologies for offered solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
