Must be available to reside in Sirinhaem from Monday to Friday. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct occupational safety-related audits and inspections; * Proactively identify hazardous situations at construction sites; * Problem-solving mindset; * Leadership with effective communication for managing field teams responsible for maintenance and correction of collective protective equipment and signage; * Expertise in priority setting; * Participate in meetings addressing corrective actions; * Active voice with safety awareness and fluency for Daily Safety Talks (DDS) with teams at the start of each shift; * Demonstrate understanding of NR-18, NR-35, and NR-06; * Review safety documentation for both third-party and internal employees, and conduct onboarding training; * Organize documentation files for internal teams **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 10 years of experience as an Occupational Safety Technician in civil construction activities; We seek innovative, curious individuals who, above all, LOVE PEOPLE.
