Your key responsibilities will include: Engaging with and developing a portfolio of internet service providers (ISPs), system integrators, and partners through internal sales channels, delivering consultative sales. Understanding customers’ technical and commercial needs and offering appropriate telecom equipment and technology solutions. Preparing, negotiating, and following up on quotations and orders, ensuring technical accuracy, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. Leading medium-complexity negotiations, actively driving deal closures and increasing average deal size. Collaborating closely with pre-sales/solution architects, product teams, logistics, and finance to ensure technical feasibility and successful sales execution. Managing the sales pipeline in the CRM, keeping information updated and ensuring revenue forecasting accuracy. Achieving revenue, product mix, and performance KPIs set by management. Supporting commercial initiatives, campaigns, and product launches targeting the ISP market. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Inside Sales and B2B consultative selling techniques. Knowledge of the internet service provider (ISP) market and its primary operational and technical challenges. Basic technical knowledge of networks and telecom: fiber optics, OLT, ONT, switches, routers, wireless, and access solutions. Experience using CRM systems for managing opportunities, portfolios, and sales pipelines. Understanding of distribution commercial processes: quotation, ordering, billing, and logistics. Strong technical and commercial communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits.
