If you want to leave your mark on one of the most significant B2B retail revolutions in Brazil, this is where you belong. **Mission** ---------- Ensure agile and organized support to the Key Account team by resolving daily operational requests so the commercial team can focus on selling and delivering the best possible customer experience. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Generate price quotations as requested by the commercial team * Create and track support tickets with internal departments * Monitor and handle customer incidents: invoices, logistics, weight discrepancies, and delivery issues * Serve as the operational point of contact between customers and back-office departments * Ensure no inquiry goes unanswered or untracked **Essential Requirements** ------------------------- * Completed high school education * Prior experience in commercial routines, sales support, or customer service * Proficiency with CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems * Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) * Strong written communication skills—you’ll communicate extensively via text-based conversations * Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for teamwork * Exceptional organizational skills—you’ll manage multiple simultaneous requests **Salary and Benefits** ------------------------ Salary: R$ 2.000,00 Employment Type: CLT Praso Flex — Here, you choose how to use your benefits!
