PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering instruction to youth or adults in the following curriculum areas: Portuguese Language, Writing, Interpersonal Relationships, Motivation, Leadership, People Management, Administration, and/or Finance. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry title corresponds to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
