The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **HIRING METHOD:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. The required qualifications must be verified through: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering classes to youth or adults in the following curriculum areas: Portuguese Language, Writing, Interpersonal Relationships, Motivation, Leadership, Human Resource Management, Administration, and/or Finance. **VERIFICATION:** Supporting documents must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated through: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly showing relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
