Join our **\#ExponentialEvolution!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct various outbound telephone contacts (with Associates, third parties, multiple departments, Consultants, and Managers) and handle diverse inbound calls; * Schedule installations, maintenance, and removals of tracking devices; * Confirm execution of scheduled services with installation technicians; * Liaise with the Registration and Support Department to clarify specific situations; * Liaise with Consultants and Managers to clarify specific situations; * Operate various vehicle tracking platforms; * Negotiate service fees with installation technicians; * Support managers in identifying failures, gaps, barriers, and signs of fraud. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Solid computer skills; * Experience in telephone customer service; * Easy access to the Estoril neighborhood/BH. **Additional Information** **Employment Contract:** CLT **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Location:** Estoril — Near Av.
