Job Summary: Professional responsible for team management, monitoring of working hours and daily activities, equipment usage supervision, and conflict resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Management of cleaning, security, and civil fire brigade teams 2. Equipment inspection and resolution of internal conflicts 3. Monitoring of working hours and tracking of daily activities Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Private Security Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Previous experience in this role (asset management/facilities/security); * Familiarity with SAR2G \- HK system is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: Monitor and control employee entry and exit times; Track daily activities, report absences to the contracting company, and arrange coverage; Manage cleaning teams, security agents, and civil fire brigade personnel; Supervise proper equipment usage, resolve internal conflicts, and ensure clarity of information. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off, from 12:40 PM to 9:00 PM, with alternating weekends off (Saturday or Sunday). Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) Transportation Allowance / Meal Voucher / Food Allowance
