Job Summary: Develop architectural projects for buildings, balancing functionality and aesthetics, proposing creative and innovative design solutions, and specifying materials. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with various professionals Develop architectural building projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, construction details, and interior layouts, always balancing functionality and aesthetics. Propose creative and innovative design solutions, considering space utilization, comfort, aesthetics, and integration of the environment with its surroundings. Specify appropriate materials, finishes, and surfacing for projects, taking into account durability, cost, aesthetics, and sustainability. Implement project adjustments and modifications based on client suggestions, technical team input, or feasibility analyses, while adhering to schedule and budget constraints. Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, systems consultants, and other professionals to integrate infrastructure systems (electrical, plumbing, structural, etc.) into the architectural design. **Requirements**: Proficiency in AUTOCAD or MICROSTATION, SKETCH UP Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or enrolled from the 6th semester onward; Salary: R$ 3.444 + VA + VT + health insurance (co-payment plan) + dental insurance Working hours: 07:12 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break
