More than developing trustworthy products, we build an environment where every employee has the opportunity to achieve their best, contributing to our shared success journey. **We are hiring:** LOGISTICS OPERATIONS ASSISTANT II \- BILLING **Responsibilities:** Perform billing routines, ensuring correct invoice issuance, order compliance, and proper flow of commercial operations; Process billing for direct distribution, cross-docking, and inter-branch transfers; Adjust trading companies on orders, ensuring correct operational parameterization; Verify and adjust invoice amounts, ensuring accuracy of fiscal and commercial information; Print, organize, and dispatch shipping-related documents; Monitor and remove partners with pending issues or those disabled by SEFAZ, ensuring fiscal operation regularity. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Higher education in Logistics or related fields (preferred, currently in progress); Previous experience in Logistics, specifically in billing; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Availability to work Monday through Friday from 2:20 PM to 10:40 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:20 PM (Shift B). **?
