Responsibilities and Duties \- Prepare diets according to medical prescriptions; \- Correctly identify meals according to each patient’s needs and preferences; \- Clean and sanitize the workplace and equipment; \- Restock supplies as needed; \- Prepare desserts and juices according to prescribed dietotherapy; \- Sanitize thermal meal containers after meals; \- Distribute meals and water to nursing units; \- Collect thermal trays from nursing units and surgical centers; \- Ensure good practices in food handling, portioning, and distribution; \- Comply with standardized procedures outlined in POPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and the SND Good Practices Manual.
