We are looking for a highly strategic professional with solid experience in corporate contracts and complex negotiations, capable of operating autonomously, making higher-risk legal decisions, and actively contributing to raising the team's technical standards. **Responsibilities** * Handle P, M, and primarily G-level matters, managing critical points. * Provide technical leadership in complex negotiations and sensitive positions. * Make legal decisions on higher-risk matters. * Guide Mid-level and Junior professionals on execution and technical standards. * Strengthen the library of templates, clauses, and applicable standards. * Elevate the team's quality through corrections and technical guidance. * Present contracts to clients (with planner as intermediary) and to counterparties (independently, generating leads). * Serve as universal reviewer of deliverables. **Education and Skills** * 5 to 10+ years of experience in contracts, preferably corporate (or tax or labor), and negotiation. * Extensive litigation experience (at least 200+ cases); broader practice across multiple areas is preferable, as it indicates greater problem-solving capacity — repertoire/experience. * Proven track record handling complex, high-risk cases resolved extrajudicially. * Knowledge of digital law, LGPD, and compliance is a plus. * Strong communication skills, clarity, and professional demeanor. * Approachable, when required.
