Job Summary: The production dietitian supervises the food production process, ensuring quality, food safety, and company standards, while also engaging in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management. Manages inventory and guides the team on good practices The production dietitian is responsible for monitoring and supervising all stages of the production process to ensure meals are prepared in accordance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and company requirements. This includes menu planning, development of technical specifications, cost control, and waste analysis. The role also involves inventory management, verification of food item deliveries, and assurance of proper product storage. On a daily basis, the dietitian guides the team on good handling practices, hygiene, and adherence to operational procedures, while also monitoring temperatures, portioning, and meal presentation. The dietitian tracks production indicators, conducts training sessions, implements improvements, and ensures service delivery is efficient, safe, and focused on customer satisfaction.
