This Occupational Safety Technician position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Take preventive action to minimize occupational accidents and diseases on Pollo Engenharia’s construction sites; * Conduct inspections at work fronts, facilities, tools, and equipment, identifying risks and proposing corrective and preventive actions; * Deliver training on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), raising employee awareness about the importance of workplace safety; * Daily supervision of safety conditions on construction sites, correcting or signaling unsafe acts and conditions among both in-house teams and subcontractors; * Onboard new employees, covering safety regulations, PPE usage, and safe practices within company premises; * Investigate occupational incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes and proposing effective measures to prevent recurrence; * Participate in internal projects and programs, contributing ideas and actions aimed at continuous improvement of OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) processes; * Maintain all mandatory OHS documentation up to date, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Willingness to reside in Pouso Alegre; * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Prior experience on civil construction projects; experience on medium- or large-scale projects is preferred; * Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) for the sector; * Experience delivering onboarding training, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and safety documentation management; * Fieldwork capability with a preventive focus, proactivity, and strong interpersonal communication skills; * Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office suite) and system operations; * Experience managing subcontractors and third-party teams will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Psychosocial Support * Annual Bonus * Multibenefit Card (Swile) * Partnerships: Pharmacies and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) * Birthday Day Off * Right Referral Program: Clients and Employees * Career Development Plan * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * Total Pass * Transportation Allowance Paid on Payroll ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people's lives and the future of cities?
