Our infrastructure is hybrid, combining colocation and cloud to ensure scalability and security. We seek a strategic and innovative CIO to lead digital transformation and IT governance, aligning technology with business objectives. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute the **technology strategy aligned with the holding’s growth and innovation goals**. * Define and execute, together with the team, a **backup and disaster recovery policy** that minimizes operational impact in case of incidents. * Manage an environment involving **legacy systems and cloud applications**. * Lead teams responsible for **Infrastructure**, **Internal Systems**, and **Information Security**. * Ensure **IT governance**, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity. * Support **modernization and migration of legacy systems** to more scalable and efficient solutions. * Ensure **high system availability and performance**, optimizing infrastructure costs. * Guarantee **high internal SLA levels** for handling employee service requests across all companies within the holding. * Evaluate and **implement new technologies** to enhance corporate competitiveness. * Evaluate and **implement new ERP and CRM solutions**. * **Foster a culture of innovation** and adoption of agile methodologies. * **Manage technology vendors and contracts**. **Requirements** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields. Postgraduate studies/MBA is a plus. * **Experience**: 8+ years in IT, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. * **Technical knowledge:** + Cloud architectures (AWS, Azure). + IT infrastructure, colocation, and corporate networks. + System virtualization and legacy system management. + Information security and regulatory compliance. + Management of cross-functional teams and agile methodologies. * **Skills:** Strategic thinking, leadership, effective communication, and ability to influence high-level decisions. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in software/SaaS companies. * Experience with Windows and Linux environments. * Knowledge of **artificial intelligence and automation**. * Experience with DevOps.
