Management of training, PPEs, and CIPA/SIPAT **Detailed Description:** Monitor safety programs and documentation such as PGR, PCMSO, PCA, LTCAT, and others, in addition to controlling and scheduling occupational medical examinations and return-to-work examinations, supporting the implementation and control of required actions and documents; Inspect company premises, facilities, and equipment, analyzing adopted methods and conditions, identifying accident-prone activities, proposing modifications, adaptations, and appropriate safety equipment; Collect data on work-related accidents and their causes, conducting analyses of accidents and incidents, promoting preventive measures, and monitoring the implementation of adopted measures; Conduct training for employees, clarifying safety regulations and working conditions, while maintaining up-to-date records of training as required by law; Onboard employees and third-party contractors, providing information about the area, issuing PPEs, issuing and collecting signatures on documentation; Procure, supply, control, and supervise PPEs according to employees’ functions and tasks; Organize the entire CIPA process, from registration and training to management oversight; Organize the annual Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT) event; Issue, when necessary, the Work Accident Communication (CAT), following internal guidelines and current legislation; Conduct chemical inventory, registering all technical data sheets (FISQP) for assessment of insalubrity and hazard level; Maintain updated documentation and information related to departmental processes within the system; Support the immediate supervisor on matters inherent to the area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be taken; Assume responsibility for the quality, reliability, and confidentiality of information generated by tasks under one’s responsibility; Support indicator management, aiming to gather information serving as tools for improvement and management decision-making; Guide new employees regarding area-specific activities, accompanying\-them and facilitating their adaptation process; Stay updated on technological advancements related to the field of expertise, aiming for professional development and knowledge transfer; Maintain a clean and organized workplace, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal usage conditions and preserving occupational health and environmental aspects; Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.
