Description: To be a TECHNICIAN or TECHNICAL SPECIALIST IN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY I, you must have: * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety; * Driver's license - Class B; * Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in the field; Specific Knowledge (desirable) * Process management and presentation techniques; * Development of training programs; * Tools for prevention of work-related accidents and illnesses; * Health and Safety Management Systems; * Knowledge of occupational hygiene; * Knowledge of ergonomics; * Residency in Lavras/MG. The TECHNICIAN or TECHNICAL SPECIALIST IN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY I will be responsible for: * Participating in the assessment of work activities and methods carried out in various departments, according to the risks associated with each position, for training purposes, proposing necessary modifications to enhance safety and comfort; * Providing advisory support for work programs and action plans of Internal Accident Prevention Committees (CIPA, CPATP) and risk mapping, monitoring proposed initiatives; * Conducting and participating in safety inspections and audits of facilities, equipment and tools, personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE), to ensure greater safety during task execution and at workplaces; * Consolidating and managing reports related to occupational accidents upon receipt of information from relevant departments; * Monitoring and participating in evaluations of safety equipment tests, analyzing results and proposing necessary modifications to enhance user safety and comfort; * Evaluating and monitoring work activities and methods carried out in various departments, according to the risks associated with each position, analyzing and proposing necessary modifications to enhance user safety and comfort; * Reviewing accident reports and proposing measures aimed at workplace safety; * Analyzing, evaluating and disseminating internal and external incidents and publications related to occupational safety activities; * Providing advisory support and monitoring reports on occupational accidents—with or without injuries—as well as material damage and occupational diseases occurring within their area of responsibility; * Managing and controlling PPE within their area of responsibility; * Providing advisory support and monitoring committees implementing and developing the Toyota Production System (TPS) under the Safety pillar; * Providing advisory support and monitoring investigation committees and enforcement of the “Rules for Life”; * Delivering orientation sessions and basic safety training; * Managing the PDSS; * Managing Legal Requirements. 2512310202491938847
