Job Summary: Support the sales team in processes such as customer registration, order entry and tracking, preparation of proposals, and document control, while maintaining contact with customers and verifying inventory. Strong knowledge of Excel and financial mathematics Support the sales team by providing assistance in related processes. Register customers in the system, receive, record, and track orders. Forward sales orders to sales representatives, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Assist in preparing and sending commercial proposals. Assist in tracking orders, supporting sales representatives in providing customers with information about offered solutions. Assist in completing sales department documents. Verify and control inventory information via the system. Maintain contact with customers. Maintain organization and control of documents. The candidate must be eager to learn, possess experience in the commercial field, and have sales experience—such as telemarketing or general sales—and demonstrate communication skills and empathy. Strong knowledge of Excel, financial mathematics, and preparation of commercial proposals is required. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
