Here’s what we expect from this professional: Commercial Internship Support business teams, under supervision, to ensure accurate transmission of negotiation and contract information, aiming for high-quality product delivery. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Commercial Management, or related fields Desirable: * Experience using enterprise software and applications * Knowledge of sales CRMs Responsibilities: * Support, under supervision, customer and prospective customer engagement to meet company-defined targets. * Register information provided by the sales representative regarding commercial proposal acceptance and/or contractual formalization in the contracted management software, with supervisory support, to ensure data security. * Monitor, under supervision, the entry of information related to the execution of the commercial service into the responsible departments, ensuring organizational processes and procedures. * Distribute commercial opportunities and record preliminary information in the CRM, with supervisory support, to comply with internal procedures and defined timelines. * Issue, under supervision, an acceptance notification to the company’s internal team after client approval and instructions from the sales representative responsible for the negotiation, to comply with internal procedures and defined timelines. * Align, under supervision, the scope of the sale with the sales representative responsible for the negotiation and the service delivery teams, to ensure understanding and fulfillment of all negotiated client needs and expectations, thereby ensuring client satisfaction. * Demonstrate alignment with Ius values by participating in training events, internal surveys, meetings, and adopting recommendations received for task execution, fostering a healthy work environment. * Proactively prevent and minimize risks to health, safety, and the environment, aligning with organizational strategies. * Strictly comply with legislation, as well as company policies and institutional norms, ensuring careful handling to prevent any data leakage. * Support continuous improvement of service quality within the area of responsibility, pursuing innovation and ongoing process enhancement, thereby contributing to achieving organizational goals. * Apply Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures under one’s responsibility, including supporting process monitoring, achieving key results, and developing/reviewing documentation related to executed activities. * Perform responsibilities associated with the role while considering the environmental and social impact of the work, striving to adopt a stakeholder-inclusive business perspective. Job Conditions: Internship stipend of R$ 1.400,00, Home Office/Internet allowance, Birthday Day Off, Gympass (gym membership incentive), Moodar (psychological support), and partnership with Open English.
