Stay updated on products and enhance sales skills Responsible for promoting and selling products, serving customers to RN standards, and delivering excellent service. Identify customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and achieve established sales targets while strictly following procedures, company policies, and cultural FIT. * Serve customers courteously and professionally, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions. * Provide detailed information about products or services, including features, benefits, and pricing. * Perform sales activities, including product presentation, closing sales, and processing payments. * Apply sales techniques to maximize conversion and achieve established targets. * Maintain positive customer relationships, aiming for loyalty and satisfaction. * Follow up post\-sale via the CRM platform, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure customer satisfaction. * Study and stay updated on the features and latest developments of the company's products or services. * Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance sales knowledge and skills. * Strictly follow company-established procedures and policies for sales and customer service. * Achieve and exceed company-set sales targets. * Monitor personal performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize results. * Keep the sales area organized and clean, ensuring products are displayed appropriately. * Assist in managing inventory of products within the assigned area. Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: Starting from R$1\.760,00 per month Experience: * Sales (Preferred) * Customer Service (Preferred) License/Certification: * Brazilian National Driver's License Category B (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
