Supporting and guiding existing customers We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for attracting and converting potential customers, providing them with an exceptional experience from the very first contact. In addition to sales skills, the ideal candidate must share our passion for fitness and wellness. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect new customers. * Conduct consultations with potential customers to understand their needs and goals. * Present our programs, plans, and services in an informative and engaging manner. * Provide support and guidance to existing customers, ensuring they have a positive experience at the gym. * Maintain accurate records of sales and follow-up activities. **Requirements:** * Sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry. * Passion for fitness and wellness. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Punctuality and organizational skills. * Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) and sales software is a plus. * A positive, motivated attitude to help others achieve their goals. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Free access to gym facilities. * Professional training and development. **Working Hours:** 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturdays on rotating schedule) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.550,00 per month Benefits: * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Sales (Mandatory) * Customer Service (Mandatory)
