Communication and interpersonal relationship skills Responsibilities: Customer service, use of the company’s and partner companies’ automation and management software, completion of spreadsheets and managerial reports, and document archiving. Prerequisites: Strong oral and written communication skills, confidence in public-facing roles. Skills to be developed: proactivity, organization, agility in handling multiple concurrent situations, confidence and problem-solving ability in customer service, strong interpersonal relationships, ability to handle adverse situations, empathy to meet customers’ needs. Schedule: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
