As an Import Analyst at SANY, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation, documentary accuracy, and adherence to logistical deadlines. You will collaborate closely with customs brokers, freight carriers, and internal departments to ensure data control, efficient scheduling of container pickups, and mitigation of fiscal and operational risks—contributing to supply chain fluency and corporate competitiveness. **If you want to transform the world with quality, innovation, and excellence, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage customs clearance processes, ensuring adherence to scheduled timelines and coordinating with customs brokers at all stages (cargo arrival, DI registration, parameterization, DANFE issuance, inspections, and release for loading); * Control and update information in the Import Department’s database, ensuring accuracy in DI and DANFE records, taxes, deadlines, and process statuses; * Develop and adjust container pickup schedules according to established priorities, performing replanning whenever necessary due to operational changes; * Review and validate import documents (Draft B/L, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List), verifying descriptions, NCM codes, exporter/importer data, and other mandatory information; * Perform freight allocation analysis based on net item weight to prevent fiscal inconsistencies and adverse impacts during import declaration registration; * Collaborate closely with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure operational fluency, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations, or related fields; * Prior experience in import processes and customs clearance; * Advanced English proficiency; * Knowledge of customs legislation, tax classification, and import documentation; * Experience managing import-related taxes and verifying freight allocation; * Experience coordinating processes with customs brokers, freight carriers, and freight forwarders; * Proficiency in Excel and import control/ERP systems; * Organized, analytical, detail-oriented profile with strong communication skills and deadline management capability; * Willingness to undergo training in São José dos Campos/SP. **Additional Information** You will enjoy the following benefits: * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation * Payroll-Deductible Loan * Birthday Month Ticket Founded in 1989 in Changsha, China, the SANY Group specializes in heavy machinery manufacturing, with primary products including construction equipment, road paving machines, excavators, reach stackers, cranes, port machinery, and mining equipment.
