Job Summary: The professional will ensure material quality on construction sites, manage technological control, train teams, and prepare technical reports, ensuring compliance with standards and project specifications. Train professionals in construction technological control Description: * Completed High School * Technical Course in Building Construction, Civil Construction, or Civil Engineering * Experience in the field is desirable * Driver's License Category B * Ensure material quality used in the production of the final product as a whole. E.g.: concrete, CBUQ, special pavements, embankment bodies, cuts, retaining structures, and TSS/TSD/TST; * Train, recruit, and align professionals with the company's policy regarding construction technological control; * Interpret project notes and verify their compatibility with applicable specifications and standards for construction projects; * Prepare technical reports on potential design errors, as well as inspections and construction procedures; * Discuss contractor procedures and apply appropriate solutions according to procedures and regulatory references; * Approve material studies to be incorporated into construction structures; * Arbitrate, develop, and implement guidelines for releasing completed construction services; * Support the Engineering team to ensure adherence to project specifications; * Manage information traceability systems according to project or construction progress; * Possess knowledge of projects and proactively develop procedures for construction control; * Monitor real-time technological control results to generate information relevant to Engineering and construction planning. 2511190202461875753
