The role involves supporting sales staff, organizing the store, and advising customers on the most suitable products for their needs. Key Responsibilities: Serve customers in person, via telephone, and through digital channels, providing product information and application guidance; Assist in selling hardware for tempered glass (hinges, handles, pulleys, locks, etc.); Support preparation of quotations and orders; Organize and restock merchandise, maintaining a clean and orderly store; Verify inventory levels and assist in tracking product inflows and outflows; Support the sales team in order processing and post-sales activities; Clarify basic questions regarding measurements, models, and product compatibility. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education; Experience in customer service or sales (desirable); Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships; Organizational skills and proactivity; Interest in learning about technical products (tempered glass and hardware). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the glass, construction, or hardware industry; Basic knowledge of measurements and ability to read simple project drawings.
