Leads the store team, ensuring excellence in customer service, product quality, store organization, and compliance with food handling regulations. Responsible for **inventory control, stocktaking, loss management, procurement of supplies, operational financial control, and achievement of store performance indicators**, ensuring smooth unit operations and an optimal customer experience.
