Join a solid, growing company driven by purpose. **Responsibilities and Duties** **You will be responsible for:** ------------------------------ * Supervising production operations according to work orders and schedules. * Ensuring compliance with **cGMP/GMP**, **ANVISA** regulations, and internal procedures. * Leading and developing the production team (operators, shift leaders, technicians). * Monitoring performance indicators (OEE, productivity, losses, deviations, rework). * Ensuring proper execution of **setup, cleaning, validations, and batch records**. * Investigating deviations, non-conformities, and supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Collaborating closely with Quality, Maintenance, PCP, and Logistics departments. * Ensuring organization, discipline, and safety in the production environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek a professional with:** --------------------------------- * **Completed bachelor’s degree** in Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields. * **Proven experience supervising production in the pharmaceutical industry**, within a regulated environment. * **Strong knowledge of cGMP/GMP**, process validation, documentation control, and traceability. * Consistent experience in **managing operational teams**, monitoring performance indicators, and delivering results. * Familiarity with **ERP systems and production controls**. **Preferred qualifications include:** ------------------------------------ * Experience conducting **internal and external audits** (ANVISA, customers, certifications). * Knowledge of **Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies**. * Experience in **sterile processes or solid/oral dosage forms** (where applicable). * **Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor** in the industrial sector. **Additional Information** **What we offer you:** ---------------------------- * **On-site meals**, offering convenience and practicality during your workday. * **Meal allowance**, supporting your monthly expenses. * **Chartered transportation**, ensuring greater comfort and safety during your commute. * **On-site parking**, for your utmost convenience. * **Health insurance plan**, taking care of what matters most—you. * **Dental insurance plan**, promoting improved quality of life. * **Life insurance**, providing peace of mind for you and your family.
