Assign tasks, guide the team, and ensure adherence to the daily production plan. Monitor product receipt, processing, and packaging to ensure efficiency and quality. Track production indicators, losses, and yield, reporting to the immediate supervisor. Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with occupational safety standards. Maintain an organized, clean work area and ensure equipment operates properly. Identify maintenance needs and promptly notify the responsible department.
