Job Summary: We are seeking a professional proficient in earthmoving to plan, organize, and supervise operations, guide teams, and ensure execution in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations. Supervision and guidance of machine operators **Schedule:** 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 2-on/2-off rotating shift (night shift) * We seek a professional proficient in earthmoving. Responsibilities: Interpret engineering drawings and topographic maps. Plan daily/weekly work schedules. Organize work fronts according to construction progress. Supervise and guide machine operators (excavators, tractors, motor graders, etc.). Assign tasks to assistants, timekeepers, surveyors, and other team members. Ensure proper equipment usage and preventive maintenance. Verify that grading, cuts, and fills are executed per the project specifications. Monitor compaction, slope inclinations, drainage systems, and retaining structures. Control volumes of excavated and filled soil to avoid rework. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (use of PPE, signage, machine access, etc.). Identify hazards and implement accident prevention measures. Report work progress to engineers or site supervisors. Request materials, equipment, or design adjustments as needed.
