Job Summary: Operates pre-cleaning, stone removal, sieving, and density separation equipment for coffee processing, ensuring removal of impurities and defects. Key Highlights: 1. Operate equipment for pre-cleaning and removal of impurities from coffee. 2. Conduct sieving and density separation of coffee. 3. Adjust and operate electronic sorting machines. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Operate pre\-cleaning and stone removal equipment to remove heavy residues (stones, bolts, coins, and other impurities) as per established procedures. * Conduct the coffee sieving stage, correctly identifying and applying appropriate sieve types. * Operate density separation machines according to service instructions, ensuring removal of light coffee defects. * Operate electronic sorting machines, adjusting parameters and monitoring the process to remove defects based on color differences. * Submit samples to the grading department. * Prepare and adjust machine pipeline routing so that coffee is directed to the compartment (balloon) specified in the service instruction. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; **Preferred qualifications (additional assets):** * Completed high school education; * Experience as a Machine Operator in coffee warehouse operations; * NR 12 certification **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal voucher * On-site meals * Life insurance * PPR (Profit-Sharing Program) * Discount on our products * Private pension plan * Wellhub (Gympass) Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Profit sharing * Private pension * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
