Job Summary: Provide customer service, dispense and organize medications, conduct sales, and manage inventory in a pharmacy. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products **Requirements:** **Availability: Rotating 6x1 schedule, from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM.** Completed high school; **Responsibilities:** * Customer Service: Greet customers courteously and proactively, assist in clarifying doubts, and provide information about products, including dosage, usage, and possible side effects. * Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescribed medications in compliance with pharmacy regulations and procedures. Ensure patients receive appropriate instructions for medication use. * Sales and Sales Recording: Sell over-the-counter products and accurately record transactions. Process payments in cash, credit card, or other payment methods accepted by the pharmacy. * Inventory Management: Regularly check medication and product stock levels, replenish items as needed, and ensure products are within their expiration dates. Maintain accurate inventory records. * Product Knowledge: Stay updated on pharmacy-available products, including their features, benefits, and potential drug interactions. * Telephone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries. * Organization: Keep the customer service area and shelves organized. Ensure hazardous products are stored appropriately and in accordance with safety regulations.
