Manage staff daily routines, prepare work schedules, and follow up on HR-related matters. Train and develop staff, reporting actions to the Regional Manager. Previous experience as Store Supervisor, Retail Manager, Store Coordinator, or Operations Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
