Valuing attention to detail and commitment Grupo Seres is seeking a professional to work as an **Industrial Painter**, in partnership with an industry client, within the production area. The position is responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing paint on parts and structures, ensuring quality, durability, and compliance with the company’s technical and safety standards. **Responsibilities** -------------- * Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, blasting, and degreasing) * Apply industrial paints (liquid or powder), primers, and coatings * Operate painting equipment (spray guns, paint booths, and ovens) * Control application parameters (film thickness, finish quality, and adhesion) * Perform visual inspection and measure paint film thickness when required * Identify and correct defects in the painting process * Follow technical standards, internal procedures, and safety regulations (including proper use of PPE) * Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school education * Proven experience as an industrial painter * Knowledge of surface preparation methods and types of paint * Basic knowledge of occupational safety **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Experience with electrostatic (powder) painting * Knowledge of reading technical specifications and painting standards * Experience using paint thickness measurement instruments * Training or certification in industrial painting **Behavioral Profile** ------------------------- * Attention to detail * Meticulousness and finishing quality * Responsibility * Organization * Commitment to quality and safety **Salary and Benefits** ------------------------ Salary: **R$ 1.841,87** Hazardous work allowance: **20% (R$ 324,20)** Benefits: * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance (R$ 100.00, performance-based) * Birthday day off * Odontoprev dental plan * Pharmacy partnership **Location and Work Schedule** ------------------- Santa Rita do Sapucaí – MG (Centro) On-site work Monday to Friday From 7:15 AM to 5:30 PM With a 1 hour and 30 minute break Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Pharmacy assistance * Dental care
