Job Description **OBJECTIVE:** Oversee front desk operations, ensuring adherence to excellence standards in guest service and contributing to improved unit performance. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise front desk activities, establishing routines and assigning tasks. * Monitor hotel occupancy and track reservations, ensuring high-quality guest service. * Mediate conflicts and resolve operational issues and critical situations. * Participate in departmental budgeting, rate definition, commercial agreements, and promotional package development. * Lead corporate projects and ensure achievement of targets, process compliance, and quality standards. * Maintain alignment with other departments and guarantee supply of materials and equipment. * Manage the team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and shift scheduling. * Perform related duties as required by departmental needs. Qualifications **Minimum Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related fields. * Knowledge of internal front desk procedures and interdepartmental interfaces within the hotel. * Experience with hotel property management software. * Fluent English. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in front desk leadership roles. * Knowledge of occupancy management, reservations, rate structures, and commercial agreements. * Experience in budget preparation and control, and target monitoring. * Experience in team management (scheduling, training, evaluation, and staffing). * Intermediate Spanish proficiency. Additional Information Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off Working Hours: 11:00–21:00 (Mon–Thu); 11:00–20:00 (Fri)
