PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Physiotherapist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Candidates declining the position due to the assigned work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 30 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 6537\.39 **UNIT:** Rua Geraldo da Costa Abrantes Parque Pinheiros \| Poços de Caldas MG \- 37706054 **Job Summary:** Conducts consultations at SEST clinics and performs outpatient procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques aimed at restoring, developing, and maintaining clients’ physical capacity, prioritizing spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and Global Postural Reeducation (RPG), as well as participating in events, projects, programs, and campaigns related to social welfare, health, and quality of life. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** DOCUMENTATION PROVING THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** Active registration with CREFITO (Regional Council of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy). **PROOF:** Copy of the professional identification card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the council will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in physiotherapy services delivered in clinical or hospital settings. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp and signature, indicating start and end dates (if applicable), type of service rendered, and description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing the identification page and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature corresponding to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Pathophysiology of musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems, plus basic rheumatology covering adult and pediatric populations. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. Global Postural Reeducation (RPG). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors.
