Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant - PCM will perform administrative support activities covering processes inherent to the Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM) area, including recording, tracking, and controlling inventory. A company in constant evolution that values talent, creativity, and diversity. **We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant - PCM.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Perform administrative support activities covering processes inherent to the area of responsibility, with computer literacy and access to information systems, to meet internal demands and procedures related to Planning and Control of Maintenance, recording, tracking, and controlling maintenance inventory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative support services in the PCM area, responding to received requests; * Handle various documents related to PCM, ensuring organization and maintenance of physical and electronic files, while keeping an archived history for future reference; * Manage the area's warehouse, maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet departmental needs; * Interact with suppliers and customers to align requirements, receiving and/or relaying necessary information to ensure smooth departmental operations; * Monitor costs through reports generated via the information system; * Review invoices and bills, as well as incoming and outgoing material reports; * Monitor procurement scheduling, verifying material specifications; maintain contact with other professionals involved in the processes to clarify any arising questions; * Report work-related irregularities to leadership, describing facts and providing opinions to facilitate problem resolution; * Ensure all PCM resources and environments remain in optimal working condition to meet labor requirements, requesting maintenance when necessary; * Perform tasks in accordance with established operational technical standards, adhering to Pharlab regulations and quality aspects, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), workplace safety, environmental preservation, sustainability, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms to eliminate situations that may pose accident risks, environmental degradation, or product quality issues; * Maintain hygiene, organization, and cleanliness of one’s administrative or operational workstation, cleaning machines, equipment, tools, desks, and/or work materials, and storing them appropriately and in designated locations to comply with National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) regulations; * Support the immediate supervisor on matters inherent to one’s area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted; * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **What do we expect from you?** Commitment, willingness to learn, strong interpersonal skills, Good organizational ability, discipline, proactivity, dynamism, and punctuality; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** ------------- * Completed High School. **Knowledge:** ------------------ * Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** ------------------------ * Administrative - Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM | Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM | Break: 1 hour and 30 minutes **Work Location:** ---------------------- * Pharlab Head Office – Lagoa da Prata/MG Pharlab Pharmaceutical Industry | Founded in 2000 ***A Brazilian pharmaceutical manufacturer operating for over 20 years in the generic, equivalent, and over-the-counter drug segments.*** Are you looking for a **career growth opportunity**, and would you like to join forces with us?
