Participate in communication with the multidisciplinary team A healthcare company is seeking a Nursing Technician in Divinópolis. **Responsibilities:** Perform home-based nursing care in accordance with the established care plan. Carry out procedures such as wound dressings, medication administration, specimen collection, and vital signs monitoring. Provide support for home hospitalization, ensuring continuous patient care and comfort. Document performed activities in the patient's medical record, adhering to ethical and legal standards. Participate in communication with the multidisciplinary team, reporting changes in the patient's health status. Position located in Divinópolis / MG.
