Assisting in the preparation and distribution of meals Cleaning of work areas, equipment, and utensils. Cleaning and pre\-preparation of vegetables. Assembly of salads according to the established menu and technical specifications. Preparation of juices, snacks, and breakfast according to the established menu and technical specifications. Assisting in the preparation of dishes according to pre\-established menus and technical specifications. Restocking and replenishing products at meal distribution points. Distribution of meals. Collection of samples from finished products. Temperature measurement of equipment and products.
