Job Summary: Opportunity for a professional with experience in operational activities to guide the team, coordinate workflows, complete reports, and ensure safety. Key Highlights: 1. Resilient leadership profile with strong communication skills and proactivity. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide technical guidance to the team on product handling, sampling, loading, transportation, and stacking activities. * Coordinate and monitor transshipment and railway loading operations. * Verify weighings and invoices, and oversee unloading operations. * Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) and ensure documentation of evidence. * Monitor equipment refueling and the operation of screening equipment. * Complete reports, shift bulletins, and update performance indicators. * Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Identify and address non-conformities, operational risks, and plan workflow changes. * Support leadership in technical training and terminal-related activities. **Requirements:** * **Completed High School education.** * Proven experience in operational activities within Mining or Logistics sectors. * Solid knowledge of Occupational Safety standards and risk perception. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report preparation and indicator analysis. * Resilient leadership profile with strong communication skills and proactivity. * **Availability for a 12x36 work schedule (alternating between day and night shifts).** * Preferred: Bachelor's degree or technical course in Logistics, Mining, or Engineering. **Compensation and Additional Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 2\.405,34 \+ Bonus. * **Variable Compensation:** Average loading bonus (after 90 days of employment). * **Attendance Bonus:** R$ 690,00 (paid upon return from vacation).
