Monitors and maintains work equipment Description The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting all stages of the production process, ensuring quality, safety, and organization in the workplace, in compliance with company standards and procedures. Main Responsibilities * Monitor and maintain work equipment/instruments, requesting maintenance or calibration whenever necessary; * Perform tasks according to training, instructions, and established procedures; * Comply with production planning, following cell reports and supervisors' instructions; * Enter maintenance information into the FAS system and request RNC when necessary; * Immediately report any incident or failure during task execution to the supervisor for analysis; * Participate in business trips when requested; * Assist in general cleaning of the work area, including warehouse washing, when required; * Support production processes in the following areas—Testing/Electrical, Transformers, Mechanical, Insulation, Modeling, Machining, Boiler-making, Washing and Painting, Impregnation and Bandaging, Winding and Cutting and Cleaning—as needed; * Strictly adhere to production cell reporting requirements.
