Ensure quality and efficiency in service execution 3. Guarantee the use of PPEs and compliance with safety regulations **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate waste collection teams. Organize and monitor collection routes and schedules; Coordinate and supervise waste collection and multitask teams for weed control, mowing, and maintenance of public buildings, squares, and gardens; Monitor service execution, ensuring quality and efficiency. Control staff attendance, punctuality, and performance. Guide team members on operational procedures. Record and report incidents, delays, failures, or accidents. Inspect vehicle, equipment, and tool conditions. Act as a liaison between operational staff and management. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation of work equipment. Ensure PPE usage and compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Leadership and people management skills; organization, responsibility, strong communication, and ability to work under pressure.
