Here, you can chart your future path!** RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Open maintenance tickets; * Monitor revenue (Hourly / Monthly / New customer acquisition / Corporate agreements); * Monitor regional activity — competition and generating hubs; * Customer service; * Customer support center (SAC) service; * Incident handling (Sinistro); * Develop work schedules; * Verify cash register balance; * Inspect equipment and infrastructure; * Inspect parking lot area; * Manage maneuvering, parking lot, and cashier teams; * Complete revenue spreadsheet; * Conduct traffic flow / occupancy / idle time analysis; * Perform operational checklists; * Manage office supplies / receipt rolls / cleaning materials; * Manage change fund; * Submit daily cash reconciliation reports; * Handle delinquency issues for monthly customers and corporate agreements; * Process timesheets; * Address client/contractor requests; * Train maneuvering, parking lot, and cashier teams. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Completed high school education; * Prior experience leading teams; * Experience in retail of products or services; * Experience in financial control and report preparation; * Valid and up-to-date Brazilian driver's license (Category B) required.
