Responsible for promoting and ensuring employee safety and health across all work environments, preventing accidents and occupational diseases and promoting a safety culture. This professional is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to worker health and safety, implementing practices and policies that ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the technician must proactively train employees, disseminate safety and health information, and promote educational initiatives that foster a safe and healthy work environment, contributing to team well-being and organizational efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and assess risks and unsafe conditions, proposing corrective actions when necessary;
* Develop and implement accident and occupational disease prevention programs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations;
* Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, analyzing root causes and proposing corrective and preventive measures;
* Monitor and support the implementation of corrective actions and suggested improvements;
* Stay updated on legislation and regulations related to occupational safety and ensure company compliance;
* Inspect workplaces using verification checklists;
* Plan occupational safety activities based on risk analysis;
* Train teams in occupational safety techniques through training programs;
* Participate in safety meetings to discuss continuous improvements.
**Requirements:** Technical qualification in Occupational Safety. Knowledge of NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards) and experience in accident investigation and analysis processes. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Driver's license category B is a plus.
**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: R$1.837,42 – R$3.400,00 per month
