Main Responsibilities (Duties): * **Cleaning and Hygiene**: Sweeping, mopping, washing, waxing floors, cleaning windows, furniture, bathrooms, lobbies, elevators, etc. * **Waste Management**: Collecting, transporting, and disposing of garbage and waste. * **Maintenance**: Dusting furniture, caring for plants, reporting damages and malfunctions (clogs, burnt-out light bulbs). * **Basic Maintenance**: Performing minor repairs (replacing light bulbs, simple fixes) and assisting with more complex maintenance tasks. * **Logistics and Support**: Moving furniture and materials, assisting with loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, and distributing mail/deliveries. * **Break Room and Kitchen (if applicable)**: Preparing coffee/snacks, serving, washing dishes, organizing utensils. * **Inventory**: Monitoring and reporting shortages of cleaning and hygiene supplies.
