General Services Assistant (m/f/d) Varginha/MG Unit In this position, you will report directly to the Area Manager. Responsibilities: * Daily execution of cleaning services within the company premises: sweeping or mopping floors, removing dirt from walls, dusting furniture, restocking personal hygiene supplies (toilet paper, towels, liquid soap), collecting garbage, replacing disposable packaging, etc., ensuring work quality and prompt service. * Use of materials (brooms, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, etc.) and cleaning products (degreasers, soap, and general chemicals) when performing tasks, following specific procedures acquired during training, as well as safety equipment to prevent occupational hazards and accidents. * Periodic execution of scheduled, more detailed cleaning services: window washing, cleaning of fans and light fixtures, disinfection of rooms, etc. * Requests replenishment of cleaning products and materials, and reports any required maintenance of machinery used, notifying the supervisor accordingly. * When assigned to the pantry, prepares and serves coffee and tea, or makes them available to employees and visitors using provided equipment and supplies, ensuring work quality and prompt service. * Responsible for restocking pantry supplies (coffee powder and sugar) and utensils (cups, containers, plastic cups, etc.) upon supervisor’s request. * Performs other duties related to the position, as directed by the immediate supervisor.
