As a **Construction Foreman**, you will serve as the strategic liaison between the operational team, engineering, and suppliers, ensuring construction execution with quality, safety, and timeliness. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversight and management of vertical construction projects. * Inspection of all activities across the construction site. * Guidance and authorization of teams for work fronts. * Team composition, task assignment, and performance monitoring. * Keeping superiors informed about project progress. * Verification of purchased material specifications; ensuring maintenance, cleaning, storage, and preservation of all materials used on-site; and coordination of foremen, masons, electricians, and other civil construction professionals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of prefabricated formwork, metallic shoring, and masonry with wedge anchoring. * Knowledge of reinforcement, formwork, and plumb line design. * Experience in vertical construction and its management. * Willingness to reside in Pouso Alegre. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Psychosocial Support * Annual Bonus * Birthday Day Off * Collective Holidays * Right Referral – New Clients (0.5% commission on VGV) * Right Referral – New Employees (20% of gross salary upon hiring) * Career Development Plans * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * TotalPass ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Do you want to join a company that transforms people's lives and the future of cities?
