Job Summary: Coordinate and ensure the effective translation of the company's strategy into projects, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, budget, quality, and value generation. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate strategic projects and ensure disciplined and efficient execution 2. Define priorities and support resource allocation 3. Implement and standardize project management methodologies Coordinate and ensure that the company's strategy is translated into clear, well-structured projects executed with discipline and efficiency, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, budget, quality, and effective value generation for the business. **Key Responsibilities:** * Structure and monitor the portfolio of strategic projects. * Define priorities and support resource allocation. * Implement and standardize project management methodologies. * Monitor schedules, budgets, and risks. * Prepare executive performance reports for projects. * Promote integration across departments such as R&D, Marketing, Sales, Industrial, and Finance. **Prerequisites:** * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in project management. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Stage-Gate). * Experience in consumer goods or food companies is a plus. **Job Location: Lavras/MG**
