We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to attract companies interested in leasing corporate spaces. Responsibilities: * Conduct prospecting of new customers; * Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention; * Prepare leasing reports and keep the website updated; * Participate in team meetings for commercial strategy alignment. Requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
