We are seeking a **Process Automation Analyst** to identify automation opportunities, support solution development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analytical ability to identify processes with automation potential; * Engage with internal customers to understand their needs and satisfaction levels to propose improvements; * Collaborate in the development of projects related to process automation; * Work with the Technology team on governance and infrastructure for automations and integrations; * Monitor automations and handle incident/improvement requests related to automations; * Execute routine continuous improvement activities for automations in production; * Prepare reports and presentations for leadership to support decision-making and opportunities for process transformation and results. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in programming/process automation; * Knowledge of at least one programming language (VBA, TypeScript, Python, or others); * Understanding of BPM process mapping; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Workflow tools; * RPA tools; * API-based integrations; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Itanhandu \- MG. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Variable compensation; * Health insurance; * Telemedicine; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy benefits; * Company-provided transportation (Itanhandu and Itamonte); * Physical food basket or card-based option; * Wellhub (gyms and wellness); * E-learning platform.
