Job Summary: Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance activities at the store, including environmental sanitation, supply replenishment, and coffee preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Discrimination in any form is strictly prohibited in our workplace.** #### **About the position:** * Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks at the store, including floor sweeping, glass cleaning, bathroom sanitation, supply replenishment (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), dusting furniture, and waste removal. Prepare and serve coffee in thermal carafes, and collect salted bread from the bakery for employees. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Daily cleaning of company premises using appropriate materials (disinfectants, wax, cleaners, etc.) and equipment (brooms, machines, etc.), including dusting furniture, sweeping floors, vacuuming debris, cleaning or washing windows and glass surfaces, emptying trash bins, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). * Clean, wash, and sanitize refrigerators and microwave ovens located in the cafeteria; * Water plants placed throughout the company premises; * Prepare and serve coffee in thermal carafes to employees, manage replenishment of disposable items such as coffee and water cups, and replace empty water jugs at drinking fountains; * Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Must be at least 18 years old. #### **Preferred qualifications (advantageous):** * Prior experience in this role. #### **Benefits:** * Life insurance. * Transportation allowance. * Health insurance plan. * Dental insurance plan. * On-site meals. * Performance-based bonuses. * Trainee program. * Partnerships with affiliated companies. * Discounts on products under our private label.
